Words and steps
Every word and every process that gets linked inside a lesson. If you see one underlined, you can tap it and come straight here.
THINGS TO DO
- Add text in Premiere Pro Type words on top of your video with the Type Tool. The words become their own graphic clip on the track above the shot.
- Export as PNG Saving a finished picture out of Photoshop as a PNG file you can turn in.
- Rounded edge overlay A picture file, 4x3+AP+BORDER.png, that rounds off the corners of your video. It sits on the top track, over everything else.
- Screenshot A picture of your screen. It saves to your Desktop as an image you can turn in.
THINGS TO KNOW
- Exposure How bright or dark the picture is, and whether you can still see detail.
- Fill the frame Get close enough that your subject takes up most of the picture.
- Frame in frame Shoot through something — a doorway, a window, branches — so it frames your subject inside the picture.
- Leading lines Lines in the picture that point your eye toward the subject.
- Rule of thirds Split the frame into thirds both ways and put your subject on one of the lines where they cross.
